The only way we can fight this pandemic right now is to stay at home. So what can we do to occupy ourselves and maintain our physical and emotional well-being?

Stay at home

As has been said countless times, staying at home is fundamental, not only for your safety, but for the safety of those around you. Leave only when strictly necessary, for basic purchases, to walk your pet or just to walk. Take into account the practice of social distancing.

Take Care of Yourself

So many times we were the first to say that we had no time and we blamed our busy lives for it. Now we can make up for some lost time, so take the opportunity to have a balanced diet, exercise, take care of your skin, your body, play with your children and meditate. Do what suits your reality, but do not stand still under any circumstances.

Take Care of Your Home

Do a general cleaning, redecorate, reorganize. Turn your wardrobe, your drawers and remember the forgotten memories in each stored object.

Set your Home Work Routine

Working from home is a considerable challenge, there are countless distractions that make us drastically reduce productivity. To combat this we leave some tips, don’t work in your bed, don’t wear pajamas, wear something comfortable, but keep a morning routine as if you were leaving home, create a workspace and just use it for that purpose. Make task lists, organize the day with schedules according to the volume of work, create a playlist that motivates you and gives energy.

Cultivate Yourself

When you’re not working, try to make the most of the time to take a online course, learn a language, stay in touch with your friends and share your thoughts in the various ways possible.

Stay Informed

Try to be informed about the progress of the pandemic, but look for reliable sources such as DGS (Directorate General Health) or WHO (World Health Organization). Do not feed the fake news, as they spread panic and delay the fight against the virus.

Be Optimistic

Not least, keep OPTIMISM. We’re in this fight together, unfair indeed, but we will win. To give up is not in our vocabulary and with perseverance we will later remember this moment, with a challenge overcome!

We are all together, right?
